PRE ORDERS

Items estimated arrival times are not set in stone and are subject to change by the wholesaler and distributor. If there is a delay in your product we will inform you through email.

If you have placed an order for an item that is marked "pre order" and an item that is “in stock”, your order will only be shipped once all items have arrived in the shop.

REFUNDS

If a pre order item is canceled there is a 15% restocking fee applied to the cancelation. We are not responsible for the shipping cost on any item that is returned for a refund. Once we receive your item, and the item is inspected we will notify you immediately via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 PRIVACY

Any names, addresses, credit card payments are not shared with anyone else. Your information is kept private and secure. All payments are done through a secure server using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

RETURNS

All returns are excepted as long as they are done within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned as they were delivered to you. The person returning the item is in charge of the shipping cost. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will issue a return with 24 hours of receiving the product. Please allow time for the return to process on your cc or other payment method as each financial institution is different

SHIPPING

All items are shipped through Canada Post using expedited shipping. Shipping cost are determined by weight, size of package and location. All items shipped will be bubble wrapped and filled with styro foam popcorn to assure that the item arrives safe. We are not responsible for delays by Canada Post due to the pandemic. At the moment we only ship within Canada. 

TAXES

Stone Tower Toys will NOT be charging any tax. For the time being there will be NO TAX Charged for any purchase (subject to change)

Stone Tower Toys uses a Shopify website. We accept VISA, MC, VISA Debit and Paypal. Any information given at checkout is kept private and will not be shared by anyone. Everything is kept secure.
